The Imani Corporate Services Division, is one of 12 Divisions implemented at the Imani Temple of Temecula Church of God in Christ, to ensure the efficient and effective collaborative operation of the ministry.
The Corporate Service Division is responsible for multiple areas of operation to include contracts, budgets, to include church, auxiliary, and division budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, federal and state income tax reporting, liability insurance coverage, capital acquisitions, financial reporting, membership reporting system, financing, Liability Mitigation, and all other areas that include financial and corporate liability and fiscal responsibility.
The information contained in this section is to ensure the Imani Temple of Temecula protects itself from any potential legal issues and possible lawsuits. We live in a litigious society and it is important that everyone who is a part of the ministry, at the Imani Temple of Temecula, do their due-diligence to adhere to the policies and procedures that follow in each section to ensure each person minimize any potential, or the proclivity, for legal liability and lawsuits.
It is critical that every event, or activity, that takes place at Imani, be vetted through the Corporate Services Division, so any potential issues can be vetted through our assigned Insurance Company, and our legal representatives, for guidance to ensure we are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws to minimize the possibility of being entangled in preventable legal issues.
Every secular company and agency has policy and procedures to protect their asset and viable interest, the church is no different in this regard. The following policy is not in place to impede a Person's, Auxiliary’s, or Division's work or the free exercising of individual gifts or talents in the ministry, but to ensure a ministry first mentality to protect the staff, personnel, members, and assets of the ministry that God has entrusted to our care and stewardship.
